#8 Fairy on Brass Bracelet...
I knew from the very beginning that this scope would be for my daughter-in-law, Amber. She loves fairies...
And, the brass bracelet I used to perch the scope on
was from my wedding.
I used a Bullseye light aventurine green art glass. This is a spectacular glass that actually has 'sparkles' in it. It's a pleasure to work with...whether you do stained glass or you're a glass fuser!
I took the brass bracelet and used it as the support for the mirrored scope. Next, I added the glitter fairy and other little touches of jewelry and brass and pewter miniatures.
I was still using thin clear patterned Dichroic glasses as the lenses for my scopes. For this particular jewelryeidoscope I used a lovely Cherry Blossom that had the added surprise of appearing as butterfly wings when viewed thru the front surface mirror.
